The project adopts advanced technologies such as big data analysis, Internet of Things technology, production information control system (MES), industrial robots and visual recognition, integrating automation, digitization and intelligence, and comprehensively improving the intelligent level of the production process of the condiment industry.

In terms of the application of intelligent production equipment, Jiangsu Hengshun's 120 million yuan German fully automatic high-end vinegar filling line has been put into use this year. The automation, intelligence and informationization of this production line are as high as 90%; the mobile marketing management (SFA) system conducts real-time tracking and management of the product from the factory through logistics to the dealer warehouse, distributor price and the whole process until the product is sold, which greatly improves the ability and efficiency of Hengshun's product marketing; at the same time, Jiangsu Hengshun has also built a "farm to table" full life cycle food safety traceability system. Through the Internet of Things technology, the use of medicine, fertilizer and even the temperature and humidity of the farmland soil during the growth of the raw material (rice) of Hengshun vinegar are monitored in real time and data is collected. The key links such as production process monitoring, warehousing logistics and quality traceability are included in the integrated management to make food safety more transparent.

Intelligent manufacturing continues to improve product quality. The Zhenjiang vinegar produced by Jiangsu Hengshun is deeply loved by the international market. Since this year, more than 3,200 tons of Zhenjiang vinegar have been exported to Australia, Singapore, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Japan, the United States, Hong Kong, Macau and other countries and regions.

The transformation and upgrading of the traditional brewing industry lies not only in the improvement of production technology, but also in the intelligent upgrading of the entire production management process. As early as 2011, Haitian used the "Internet of Things technology" to successfully connect the original independent packaging equipment through the communication network, and built an intelligent packaging production line management system that is seamlessly connected to the enterprise ERP system. According to national standards, the 100,000-level clean requirements are generally applied to the processing of high-precision chips, medicines, etc., and Haitian is the first to adopt it on ordinary condiments. In terms of warehousing and logistics, Haitian The intelligent robot loading and unloading system was introduced from abroad. The intelligent robot system has changed the previous method of relying on manual forklifts. Now it only takes 120 seconds for an intelligent robot to complete the loading from issuing instructions. In addition, in the three-dimensional warehouse, from entering the warehouse to leaving the warehouse, it no longer relies on human scheduling, but is coordinated by the intelligent data platform, which greatly improves efficiency.
